Hi, I'm Thomas

I'm a Computer Engineering student at the University of British Columbia interested in software engineering, computer systems, machine learning, and AI.

I enjoy building technically challenging projects across the stack, from low-level hardware and computer architecture to production software and machine learning systems.

What I'm working on

  • ScribeFlow: an AI clinical documentation and workflow platform built for Canadian medical clinics, transforming patient encounters into structured clinical notes and downstream clinical documents.

  • FireSight: a geospatial machine learning system for forecasting wildfire risk across British Columbia using weather, terrain, vegetation, and historical wildfire data.

  • Autonomous RC Vehicle: an autonomous driving stack from the ground up on a 1:16 brushless RC platform.

  • Ouroboros: a custom CPU designed in Verilog, implementing a pipelined processor architecture with the goal of running DOOM.

Areas I'm interested in

Software Engineering · Machine Learning · Artificial Intelligence · Computer Architecture · Digital Systems · Embedded Systems
