Shortcut/action for switching to sibling directory quickly

1️⃣ Describe the feature

I'd like to have an option to quickly switch between sibling folders. Essentially what two keys do right now "end + arrow right" or "home + arrow left" but as a single action/keystroke.

I suggest PgUp/PgDown as defaults for this.

This should work regardless of the option to auto switch to sibling folder at the end/beginning of the list because this is an explicit user action.

1. Press PgUp/PgDown
2. Observe the folder switching to it's next/prev sibling
