Summary
Add a keyboard-driven slash command menu for Markdown editing. Typing
/at the start of a line opens searchable insert commands; typing it after text, indentation, or inside a URL leaves normal editing unchanged. The menu reuses the existing editor actions and choosers for alerts (all five types), tables, diagrams, and images/media, alongside headings, lists, quotes, code, math, links, and other common blocks. It supports arrow-key selection, Enter, and Escape. The toolbar remains available.
This PR is limited to the editor UI and applies to both the web app and the Neutralino desktop app.
Demo
GIF recorded in the Windows desktop app; the sidebar's custom “Workspace (Vault)” label belongs to a separate local prototype and is not part of this PR. The same slash-menu code is included in both web and desktop resource files.
