libmicrohttpd-0.9.72 not building on Fedora43. Showing gettext version error

HI,

We are upgrading the Fedora version to 43 and facing compilation issues when building libmicrohttpd-0.9.72.
Below errors is being observed.

• autoreconf -fi
  autopoint: *** The AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION declaration in your configure.ac
  file requires the infrastructure from gettext-
  0.19.8 but this version
  is older. Please upgrade to gettext-
  0.19.8 or newer.
  autopoint: *** Stop.
  autoreconf: error: autopoint failed with exit status: 1

Please suggest your inputs.
We tried the different version of gettext from 0.19.8 --> 0.25.1. Always it returns the same error.

There are a few solutions:

• (the best) use the latest MHD version.
• do not use autoreconf. MHD tarballs have complete autotools files, no need to replace them.
  Or even better: use the latest MHD and no not use autoreconf
