This pull request updates the JRE base image in the Dockerfile from eclipse-temurin:17-jre to eclipse-temurin:25-jre. The reviewer pointed out that Java 25 is not yet a released LTS version, which will cause the Docker build to fail, and suggested using eclipse-temurin:21-jre instead.

This update doesn't break anything new, failing tests are a know issue and have already a task to address them (b/565471363), this can be merged as is. |
